This isn’t about shrinking your body. It’s about expanding your life. I've been where you are—questioning my body, doubting my worth, riding the highs and lows of frustration and fleeting progress. But I discovered the power of consistency, compassion, and connection—and I’m here to walk beside you as you claim that power for yourself.

About Me:

For most of my life, I struggled with weight and self-image—despite being active as a dancer, athlete, and performer. I tried every plan, every diet, every method, and nothing truly worked—until I returned to myself.

 

Through decades of learning, healing, and helping others, I realized transformation isn’t about perfection—it’s about deep alignment. As a mom of two, both born in my 40s, I understand firsthand the impact of hormonal shifts and life transitions. But I also know this: it's never too late to thrive. My mission is to help you shift from stuck to empowered, from exhausted to energized, from surviving to sovereign.

I first met Allyson at a cardio kickboxing class at a New York City gym. Her classes were very popular with dozens of regulars. I felt an immediate connection with her teaching style and she is incredibly relatable. She always knows how to modify any exercise to make it work for your specific body. She would stress that any exercise is better than no exercise and do not let ourselves off the hook. Over the pandemic Allyson taught zoom workout classes every week and I really don’t know how I would have made it through the pandemic without them and the accountability. Allyson is an amazing instructor, I have been working with her through online classes since March 2020. Even though they were online, she make sure to watch you and correct you if needed and she can work with all levels. Allyson can modify any exercise to make it more difficult or easier, depending on what you need. In fact, I had an injured shoulder and then shoulder surgery and I was able to stay in shape with Allyson‘s help modifying various exercises after the injury all the way through my surgery and recovery. I highly recommend Allyson as a coach to anyone of any age and fitness level
